Wedding Planning
This package provides the most flexibility and the least amount of worry and stress for everyone involved in the wedding planning process. I’ll walk alongside you from engagement through the wedding day. Monthly check-in meetings provide open communication, structure, and ease in the planning process. An online, collaborative wedding workbook helps you stay on track in planning tasks and provides an excellent framework for wedding necessities. Also, my comprehensive day-of coordination is included in this package.
· Monthly sit-down meetings throughout the wedding planning process
· Full access to Amanda (including for bride/ groom/ parents) for any questions, or concerns
· Worksheets for visits with potential venues and vendors to guide you through appointments
· Online, collaborative workbook that organizes monthly tasks leading up to the wedding, including guest lists, RSVPs, budget items and gift tracking
· Present to support during any venue/ florist/ catering appointments as requested (if available)
· Full day-of coordination on the wedding day
· Marriage certificate- confirm signage, and coordinate delivery to county clerk after the wedding ceremony
· Track & confirm vendor arrival times, and manage any problems that may arise with vendors
Wedding Coordination/ Month-of Support
This package lightens the load for you leading up to and on the wedding day. I’ll field any questions from vendors, and immediately deal with any emergencies, mitigating the potential for wedding day disruption. I’ll work with you to create a cohesive day-of timeline, so that everything stays on schedule, being certain nothing is left out. We will also cater to any last-minute needs or emergencies, and buffer the many questions targeted at the bride, groom and family members.
· Full day-of coordination on the wedding day
· Two pre-wedding meetings to create a day-of timeline that keeps the wedding party, vendors, ceremony and reception in order and on schedule
· Field the many questions from vendors on the day of the wedding (i.e. caterer, venue coordinator, DJ, florist, photographer, ect.)
· Marriage certificate, confirm signage, and coordinate delivery to county clerk after the wedding ceremony
· Track & confirm vendor arrival times, and manage any problems that may arise with vendors
Wedding Consultation
Wedding Consultation provides you with a great start to successful wedding planning. This time is designed to answer your questions and work through wedding planning challenges. Amanda provides multiple worksheets to help guide vendor meetings, guaranteeing that you ask all the right questions.
