With each client, Amanda Wiig customizes a contract with price, scope of services and statement of understanding. Below is an excerpt of the terms & conditions of Amanda Wiig's services.

Planner intends to take the utmost care to make the Client’s event successful. However, the parties agree that the Planner will hold no liability for damage to any person or property associated with the event beyond the potential refund of all money paid by Client to the Planner.

Scope of Services

Amanda Wiig is responsible in assisting with the agreed upon services for the event. This shall include making appropriate suggestions, and providing all materials as agreed upon in the customized scope of services.

Compensation

As compensation for Amanda Wiig’s services, the client agrees to pay Amanda Wiig the agreed amount for her services. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be made as an initial deposit and is due on the date that this contract goes into effect.

The remaining balance shall be due no later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the event. If the balance is not received within this period of time, an interest rate of 15% of the remaining balance shall be charged for every week the balance is past due.

Vendors

The client is responsible for all payments made to the chosen vendors.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Should the date of the event change, Amanda Wiig will make an effort to accommodate the new date. The client understands that last-minute changes can impact the quality of the final event, and that these changes are not the fault of the event planner.

In the event of a cancellation, the client should notify Amanda Wiig no later than thirty (30) days prior to the planned date. Should the event be cancelled after that deadline, the event planer may collect the full fee owed, including any applicable interest that may arise due to late payments.

Photographs

I/We authorize any online, print or otherwise use of photos taken on the day of the event, including but not limited to pictures of the wedding party, family, and friends.
